Southampton is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of properties for the mining of base metals and rare earth metals. Southampton presently has mineral exploration interests through its 95% ownership of the Horden Lake Copper-Nickel Deposit in Quebec; its option to earn up to a 100% interest in the Devonian shale hosted nickel-molybdenum-zinc-platinum group elements property known as the NiMo Project located in the Yukon; its option to acquire up to 50% interest in 12 claim blocks in the “Ring of Fire”, McFauld’s Lake, Ontario, approximately 25 km northeast of Noront’s Eagle One discovery; and its four Nigerien uranium concessions. Management is focused on discovery of mineralization and the expansion of known mineralized zones.
