Paul Gorman, President, CEO & Director
Mr. Gorman is a corporate specialist with experience in growth-emerging public companies, especially in the junior mining sector where he has held senior management and director roles. Most recently, Paul was CEO and director of Yukon Gold Corporation, a TSX listed company with late stage properties in Northern Canada. For the last 8 years, Paul has been the President and Managing Partner of Riverbank Communications Inc., a Corporate Relations firm working with micro-cap companies to assist them in developing well-defined marketing programs. Paul’s responsibilities have also included raising capital totaling in excess of $55 million as well as promoting the companies to the investment community and writing strategic plans for business growth.

Richard Patricio, LLB, Corporate Secretary and Director
Richard is the President and CEO of Southampton, a position he has held since July 2005. Richard is also a senior executive with the Toronto-based diversified investment company, Pinetree Capital Ltd. Richard also sits on the Board of Mega Silver Inc., and is a senior executive with Brownstone Ventures Inc., an oil and gas investment company and with Mega Uranium Ltd., an international uranium exploration company. Richard is key in growing the exploration activities at Southampton and in its financing endeavours.

A lawyer qualified for practice in the Province of Ontario. He has extensive experience in corporate development and merger and acquisition activity in the mineral and resource sectors. He has been a director and founder of Southampton since its inception in 2004.

Mario Miranda, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Miranda is a Chartered Accountant with approximately 20 years experience leading the financial operations and strategic planning for multinational resource, manufacturing and consulting services organizations. Most recently, he was Director of Financial Reporting at Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Miranda held senior positions with exploration and producing resource companies including, Pacific Stratus Energy, Bolivar Gold, Coalcorp Mining and MacDonald Mines Exploration, Lake Shore Gold Corp and International Nickel Ventures Corporation. Mr. Miranda is presently the Chief Financial Officer of WSR Gold Inc. Mr. Miranda holds a B.A in Economics from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University.

Vic Wall PhD, Director
Dr. Wall is a geologist with 35 years in the minerals mining, exploration, consulting and research industries. Following a career in Australian and North American academe, he held senior positions in multinational major and junior minerals companies. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Dr. Wall is Principal of Taylor Wall & Associates, a Brisbane-based consultancy which provides geoscientific services to mineral companies and government agencies, worldwide. Professional highlights include the targeting and acquisition of gold and base metal deposits on several continents, developing new models for precious, base metal and energy mineral systems and winning the Goldcorp Challenge. Dr. Wall adds a wealth of expertise and experience to the Southampton Board in the generation, acquisition and evaluation of precious, base metal and energy mineral projects. Presently, Dr. Wall is the President of Colossus Minerals Inc., a Brazilian mineral company focused in Brazil.

Kevin O’Connor, Director
Kevin is the Executive Director of Genoa, Capital Markets Counsel, and a private company which provides independent capital markets counsel to a variety of public companies. Previously, Mr. O’Connor was a Vice-President with Pendaries Petroleum Ltd., a TSX and Amex listed oil and gas company from 1996 and 2000, where he oversaw the company's Canadian production properties. He has also served as an advisor to several public Canadian and US companies, including Aspen Group Resources Corporation and WSR Gold Inc., where he was formerly also the CEO, and remains a Director today.

John Ross, M.B.A., C.A., Director
John has over 20 years experience in business, much of which was spent in the mining industry. John has a vast array of experience and knowledge of mining practices. Mr. Ross is currently the CFO of Colossus Minerals Inc. and financial consultant to Crystallex International Corporation. Previous to these positions, Mr. Ross served as the CFO for FNX Mining and was instrumental as the company transitioned from an exploration to a development company with a market cap of over $500 million. In prior years, Mr. Ross was the Corporate Controller, and later, the CFO for Iamgold Corporation and worked for Rio Algom Limited.
